Justin Simmons
Lead Campus Pastor
Pastor Justin has been working to advance the Kingdom of God for over 20 years. He grew up in church most of his life, but it was at the age of 16 that he gave his heart to the Lord and was radically changed from the inside out. Over his 20+ years of ministry work, his primary areas of ministry have been in Youth Ministry, Worship Ministry & Outreach. In 2009 Pastor Justin started a traveling Worship ministry consisting of young adults and teenagers, who traveled throughout various parts of the Eastern US, ministering at churches, youth conferences, outdoor festivals, etc. In 2012, he joined Life Source Church – Perry Hall (LSPH) and quickly became involved in the Worship Ministry, eventually serving as its Music Director. In 2016, he became the Youth Pastor of LSPH and in 2020 became the NextGen (Next Generation) Pastor, overseeing both Children’s and Youth Ministry. It was then in mid-2021 that God opened the door for him to become the Lead Campus Pastor of LSPH. Pastor Justin currently holds his ministry credentials through the Church of God, based in Cleveland, TN.
Pastor Justin’s heart is to love God & people, reach the lost, cultivate a deep relationship with God in the hearts of people, and then equip others to go out into the world and do the same. He and his wife, Erin are happily married & have four children, and are blessed to call Perry Hall their home.

Paula Zappala
Administrative/Finance Director
Paula Zappala has been raised in church and her family has a history of being involved in church. Both of her parents were raised in the same church and her father was a deacon and her mom was a teacher and active member of the choir. There is no doubt as to why Paula has an active role in ministry at Life Source Church Perry Hall.
She accepted Christ into her life at an early age, but dedicated her life back to Christ June 2004. Prior to assuming the role of Administrator/Finance Director, Paula and her husband led Children's Ministry for over 13 years. She takes great joy in being involved with Church activities. Over the years, Paula has been the core of assisting with church functions such as Fellowship Meals, weekly church events and many other special church activities.
One of Paula's greatest accomplishments is raising her three children and watching them serve the Lord. She is humbled by how God has blessed her family for generations. She is very excited to have two wonderful grandchildren and see them being raised in church as well.
Paula enjoys spending time with her husband and family, beach walks, hiking, exploring new food places, gardening and of course, steamed crabs!!

Erin Simmons
NextGen Pastor
Erin Simmons was raised in Severn, Maryland, and is the youngest of 3 children. At the age of 10, she accepted Christ and made the decision at 12 to be baptized in her home church. Erin has always loved children and considers this as the heart of her ministry. She is very excited to see the children in her church grow in the Lord and is currently the NextGen Pastor at Life Source Church-Perry Hall.
Erin felt the calling of God to be a missionary as a young teenager. By hard work and the grace of God, she was able to fulfill this calling in overseas mission work. Erin set out on her first mission trip at age 14 and continued with the Global Expedition’s ministries during her summer breaks until she graduated high school. She was able to spend time sharing the gospel with those who may never have a chance to hear. Upon graduation at age 17, she was able to experience another dream of hers and spend a year as an intern at the Honor Academy in Garden Valley, Texas. Under her mentor, Ron Luce she experienced a year that would change her life. It was a time of fellowship, intense Bible Study, and volunteer work sending other teens on mission trips of their own.
Erin is happily married to Pastor Justin Simmons. They are blessed parents of Arianna, Jeremiah, Ethan, and Levi Simmons. Plus a few animals to make the day interesting.
Erin knows there are many adventures ahead in her faith walk. Life is full of celebrations and tough trials but with her faith in Jesus Christ and His love, strength, and leading, she will serve wherever God is calling her to focus.
She is excited and looking forward to what the Lord has in store for Life Source Church- Perry Hall.

Joe & Valerie Beckhardt
Men's & Women's Director
Joe and Valerie have been serving the Lord together for more than 25 years. They have served in many ministry areas - as Pastors, Worship leaders, Homeless & Outreach Ministry, and Children's Ministry. Valerie interprets music through sign language and has also taught sign language in our Children's Ministry program. Joe has also experienced work in the missions field, having gone to Nigeria in 2008 to preach the word of God and place freshwater wells in the villages.
The vision for the Men’s Ministry at LSPH is for the men to form a strong bond by sharing their testimonies and the study of God’s word. The vision for the Women’s Ministry is to become a very strong sisterhood and to do life together. Together their passion is to keep Jesus at the heart of all they do, to serve God and to lead others to Him.
